Hi,
I'd like to know whether this dub is just for stammering or other speech problems too.
There's a problem called 'totla' in hindi.
In it, the speech is not clear.
Will the sub help with that too??

Ok I Google for the English term.
But there's nothing out there.
Lisp/lisper is one term that can be associated to that condition.

Stuttering and lisping are very different conditions and have very different reasons for their existence. Lisping is based on how one uses the tongue, and the shape of the mouth and teeth. The stuttering program will not help with that, I'm afraid.
