Feeling tired while listening to sub? - mat422 - 06-29-2015 I know these 5G subliminals have a lot of demand on the brain. I try to listen as much as possible during the day, but I find that if I'm also doing something like reading or anything that requires more mental focus, I have a tendency to fall asleep. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this or it's just me. RE: Feeling tired while listening to sub? - CatMan - 06-29-2015 I used to get that, then over time, my mind has strengthened I presume and I can concentrate on things very well while listening for an incredible amount of hours each day. Sometimes this happens when I start a new stage, and the first 3-5 days or so are more tiring than usual, then it settles down to normal once my mind adapts to the new script. It can be resistance, like when I started stage 2 the tiredness lasted longer than it has ever before. It was about 10 days before it finally subsided. If it lasts longer than 10 days, I'd say it's a sign of doing too many hours daily most likely. Over time you can build yourself up slowly to be able to handle a bigger mental workload and get more hours a day. 5G is serious business, I agree. I love it though haha. Hope that helps! I'll have to experiment with cutting back hours. It's weird, some days I deal with it more than others. Probably has something to do with my emotional state. |
