Just wondering what's the difference in the 2 subs, the overcome procrastination and the extreme motivation?

wow thanks that was a heavy read for sure
I liked the fear or success and fear of failure explanations towards the start but I'm still left little confused
A person who puts off a task procrastinates and yet lacks motivation
A person who is motivated lacks procrastination
they both seem the same only different sides of the same coin
I know fear for me definitely drives them both either to procrastinate or to be motivated at times such as emergency deadlines
I also know however that boredom of doing a task or the overwhelm of the task at hand also leads me to procrastinate and kill my motivation
I also know at the start I'm super motivated but then few days or weeks later it disappears leading me back to square one
so hence my confusion of their differences as well as how to utilise either of the 2 subs in the future
