Textbook Overwhelm - was this ever you? - Jake2015 - 06-21-2015
When I was a student at university the textbooks and even a chapter of reading used to cause me to feel anxious and afraid to the point I'd avoid them or just sit and stare aimlessly and at a loss. I'd feel there's so many letters and words on the page and so many paragraphs ie overwhelm!
Even now as an adult I realise if I have any academic reading or reading to do that isn't fun or has to be tested on or simply is about me and my future or success the same feelings emerge
What do you think this is? and what subliminal would work for this and why?
do any of you have this too?
