Can you mix up different refresher stages - Jakeb203 - 06-19-2015
Hi,
Right now I am going with the plan of running BASE stage 7 for a long term basis. I want to test out how much growth it can bring vs simply running the entire set again.
However there are times when you feel like you can run other stage 7's for a short period of time, say run AM6 stage 7 for a few weeks just for working out since it is vacation. I am not sure if it is allowed though if they can be used interchangeably.
