Can i use this or these program(s) without finishing stage 7 of AM6 ?
and Do i have to take a rest (ex : one week or a month) after i have finished AM6 and then i continue to start WM or SM ?

and Do i have to take a rest (ex : one week or a month) after i have finished AM6 and then i continue to start WM or SM ?If your next run is WM, yes, you must take a rest between 1 - 4 week (recommended 1 - 2 week).
But if your next run is SM, you can start this sub immadiately after finishing the last day of AM stage 6. Taking a rest is optional for SM.
