Using Subliminals with Sleep Learning - Ampersnd - 06-11-2015
Hello all,
I think I will soon be experimenting with sleep learning again.
The first time I was doing this was before I ever found out about Subliminal Shop. It may in fact be as effective as suspected, as long as it's with words you've seen before.

Does anybody know if using language CDs with Sub Shop subliminals will be effective? The CDs are on the conscious level, but who knows it it would interfere?

Not looking to affirm my qualities; I'm speaking about using instructional material (languages, technical skills). It shouldn't conflict with a self-improvement-related subliminal.
