No more anger episodes. In fact I'm handling these previous triggers with the coolness I haven't seen before. So that's good news.

Sorry koshas, I haven't been able to afford time to do much about cognitive therapy other than reading a wikipedia entry.

Shannon, I wanted to ask out of curiosity, why did the benefits come only after letting the script settle down rather than when using the subs?

With this progress, should I proceed with another round of BASE or would you suggest another sub?

Thank you.

In some cases, processing requires too much activity to allow for expression. Part of that is the fact that the input density of data is so high. Part of it is because processing requirements for 5G are so intensive. Once input stops, you can simply run the installed programming.

If you have achieved your goals and reasons for running BASE, then there's no need to run it again. If not then consider whether or not you have the self awareness to run it again and intercept/modulate unreasonable anger. If the answer is no... probably a different sub is best for the time being.

Thank you Shannon. I understand a lot better now, especially the script is settling down over the past 2 weeks, what you suggest makes a lot of sense.

As for goals and reasons, I haven't met them during BASE, but now as the script is settling I am seeing progress. (I have also update my journal!)

At this point, although I think I will be able to handle potential anger episodes, I feel it would be beneficial to run another sub first (and then go back to BASE again, if I understand you correctly).

At your suggestion, I am considering running LTU. My interest is in:
Improve your health
Wisdom improvement
Maturity improvement
Being a good person
Feeling good about yourself
Being fun and fun to be around
Enjoying life

May I know if the above would contradict the BASE programming, or would it be enhanced? ( I recall Geodude mentioned LTU enhanced AM's programming, correct me if I'm wrong. )

How much longer do you think I should let my first run of BASE settle down before starting LTU? ( I am feeling a little greedy now... the goals of BASE are not met yet and I'm thinking of another sub... )

Am I right to say that if my goals and reasons for using BASE are not yet met, to rerun BASE 6 stages? Under what conditions would you recomend Stage 7, vs running 6 stages?

Thank you, I appreciate your answers.

If I overdid the hours on BASE that prevented me from proper processing during BASE and self expression, does that mean that I didn't do the sub properly? ( and ought to rerun it? )

Although in retropect it was probable that 12-14 hours was too much, I am kinda curious if I ran 8-10 hours instead would I be as furious

Sorry for the deluge of questions, I would like to understand more about the training I went through.

When I run subs I look at how I feel tiredness ,frustration etc just seeing if I am having to much input. "Resistance".

But I do things to maximize the sub usage.

I eat a very healthy diet, take supplements .take nootropics to support the brain and nervous system.

I had extreme resistance when I first started iml subs last year .i have been able to increase useage time.

And results have been great.i would do anything to support brain health and to make sure you get enough sleep.

In the sense that it will point you in a completely different direction, yes, it will contradict BASE programming. You have to focus on one goal to get it.

I'm not entirely sure I would run another sub if I wanted to achieve the goals of BASE and they weren't achieved yet. But if you have decided to run something else, 1-2 weeks break is fine.

If they're not yet met, re-run it until they are, or until, you decide they are not the goals you want anymore. I would keep using stages 1-6 until you no longer have any major gains from doing so, and then do stage 7.

Overdosing on a subliminal creates a bottleneck. Basically, the subconscious appears to store it unprocessed until the processing power is freed up and then it gets processed. That's part of why I recommend taking a week or two off after a sub. It just means you are feeding data to your subconscious mind faster than it can fully process it. As long as you are not causing yourself issues with exhaustion, you should be fine.

I'm not sure I would sat 12-14 hours a day was too much. For most people, optimal usage time is 12-16 hours a day. You know you are overusing it when you become mentally exhausted by it.

Not a problem.

Shannon, in terms of programs contradicting previous programs, if you were to want to run 2 6-stage programs (i.e. for me AM6 and BASE), would it be better to run them one after the other or multiple runs of one, and then multiple runs of the other?
