Listening with Audio book - iceman - 02-09-2015
Hi everyone,
Since I cannot use ultrasonic during the time I work in the office, I was wondering if I can use the trickling or ocean (sound) along with audiobook with an ear plug. If i am home it is easier for me to listen to Audio book with ultrasonic with speakers.

I do this all the time.if the brain can process all the millions of affirmations. An audio book would not be that much more.
You can tell if your getting overwhelmed by experiencing resistance.
