Planning to do SM3 soon.
I've seen users suggesting that they have good physique while running this sub. Is there anything scripted in SM3 that makes you hit the gym more often?
Just wondering.

Yes , there are suggestions for hitting the gym. I am very anxious to run SM3 soon as well.
