Hi all,
I recently found this website. I find the concepts interesting but have not tried any of these programs yet. I was wondering about the Life Tune Up. Specifically I wanted to try it for myself and my 12 year old son. Is this program appropriate for children?
Also, this program seems to have a couple of listening options. Can one say listen during the day on speakers, and at night on headphones? This prompts another question, can one gain the benefits by listening while asleep?
