AM 6.0 refresher question - brightike - 01-03-2015
Curious if anyone remembers seeing a thread where Shannon talks about using the refresher instead of the whole program. To be more clear if I do BASE for the required time ~ six months can I do AM refresher for a few months or the whole program? Or what are the requirements. Thanks!

It all depends on how you feel. You're better off running AM6 multiple times until the results are "stuck" before moving on though.
