Determining 32 days - yggdrasil - 01-01-2015
Maybe this seems like a silly question, but I try to be careful in following instructions for the subliminal programs as I believe they exist for a reason, and before I start a multi-stage program I want to be sure I know how to allocate my time.
If I listen primarily overnight (plus a few hours of headphone time in the evenings) I would start on a day that would only include about half of my night. I've counted out 32 days and marked them on a calendar, so I can start a multistage program and theoretically get the right length, but do I count the evening that I start listening as one of the 32 days?
Does anyone have a simple or easy way of approaching this? Am I over thinking it? I just want my system in place before I start Alpha, so I don't have any conundrums where I'm not sure when to start the next program.

You care about it too much. One day this way or another won't do much difference. It's like being on diet, you will not weight every meal to the single grams because there is no point in such accuracy. So don't worry, assume instruction say 32±1 days
And remember to add additional days if you skip a day or more, as per instruction. That is important.
