Can I use subliminals on my cell phone during my sleep?
i was reading this thread http://subliminal-talk.com/Thread-Using-Subliminals-On-A-Cell-Phone
and I didn't understand why it is a bad idea
any help would be appreciated
note:what I only care about in this case is that if I would get the full effects of the program if i play ultrasonic subliminal on my cell phone(speaker or earphones)

You will not get full effects if your cell phone is not stereo. Not sure what phone you have. I have an iPhone 6 and it tested 20khz+ with audacity. So frequency is good but there is only one external speaker so the two stereo channels are combined and played through the one speaker. So long story short yes there is a loss effectiveness. I only play subs this way when I have no other feasible option.
