Difference between maximum healing and maximum immune? - shineon - 12-05-2014

hey everyone,

Just wondering what the difference is between maximum healing speed and Maximum immune response? don't you need your immune system to heal you regardless of whether its a cold or a broken arm?

Thanks for your help Smile

As far I understand MIR is designed to work against infections, MHS is not. So if you have to deal with infections MIR should be your sub. In other cases, like injuries etc. MHS should be your sub.

What happens if one is not infected or hurt, but uses MIR or MHS? Can it work like a prevention? Also does MHS help for bodybuilding purposes? Like faster regeneration after exercising?
