For those of you who are not familiar with that, it is an information technology term, and it stands for Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks. There are several "levels" of RAID", each being a different way to achieve redundancy and thus prevent data loss. RAID-5 uses three or more disks, and uses a "parity bit" to allow for recovering damaged data through mathematics that can calculate what it was based on the parity.

These programs use multiple input streams, and they are designed so that if you cut them off in the middle, the rest of each statement can be subconsciously reconstructed based on past repetitions of the program. So there is no worry in cutting out in the middle of the program, unless you are not getting at least a few repetitions.

That said, it is still better to finish each loop, but if you can't, or it would make you late, etc. then there is nothing to worry about.

Thanks for the reply Shannon, and to everyone else who contributed as well.

If I'm not mistaken, you're supposed to listen to all stages at for the same amount of time per day, correct? My question is, for the first stage, since it's garbage removal, wouldn't it be ok if you listened to it for say 18 hours per day, then stages 2-6 for 12 hours per day? If stage one is just removing stuff instead of implanting beliefs, it shouldn't throw you off balance if you listen to it more than the other stages.

P.S.-I thought of this because I just decided to to a second run of it a few days ago.

If you want to remove garbage simply do EPRHA before AM6 (for 1-3 months)

Maybe I should have added the word "theoretically" into my question.

I'm not listening to Stage 1 any more or less than I will be 2-6, and therefore, yes I am following the instructions. Nor am I interested in purely garbage removal and am not running EPRHA. Just had a question out of curiosity.
