2 questions ahead of AM6 - Alta - 11-22-2014

1) Is it important to listen all the way to the end of the audio track, or is it ok to end the track mid-way? What I mean is, if I wake up and the track is, say, 5 mins in, do I need to listen to the end of the track or is it ok to end the track there? I've always wondered this with the subs but since the AM stages are longer than the usual 30 mins this could potentially make me late for work quite a lot Smile

2) I know not to do NLP or hypnosis with the subs, but how about the teachings of Lester Levenson - letting go of disapproval and giving approval? It's not scripting as such, it's more about doing it, but I do say in my mind "Let go of the disapproval" [then I let go of it] then I say "Give myself approval" [and I do]. Would this interfere with the subs?

Thanks for any input.

I always listen to the end unless it's going to make me late. You just need to plan the time.

The sub takes care of everything. You really don't need to bother with these things and there's always the risk of messing up the sub and then having wasted all that time.

RE: 2 questions ahead of AM6 - ChaChaCha - 11-23-2014

Hey Alta, it would be best to listen the entire 60 minuits of the track. You can think of it like a school lesson, if you're not there for the entire duration you will miss some information for the exam. There is a diffrence though... lets say you sleep for 8h 30min that means you will only miss once 30min of the last part, but you still listened to it 8x in the 8 full hours. It shouldnt give to much of a negative effect, but if you want it to be perfect though, you could always write down where you ended the track and continue from there in the next session Smile

With your other question I can't help you, since I don't know the correct answer.

If I can't do a track to the end I usually listen the next day starting from the position I finished the day before. But I don't know if it's really required.

I believe Shannon has said that it's ok to not listen to the whole thing. The majority of your listening will come from listening to the whole script overnight so I think that makes up for the partial listens. Personally, just like everyone else that has replied so far, I would time it to listen to the whole thing wherever possible but that was just my personal OCD haha.

I've been using the release technique all through my journey with AM6. Like other people say, the subliminal will take care of everything but releasing is a big part of my life now. Other people have also used FEFT and PSTEC with success alongside AM6.

Optimus Engine and releasing techniques might have clash.. choose wisely

What makes you say that?

I don't think it matters if you stop listening halfway

I don't think the entire track is one whole script, it probably repeats the track like 10/20 times
So you will prob cut off in the middle of 1 small loop... No biggie

RE: 2 questions ahead of AM6 - Shannon - 12-03-2014

The programs are designed sort of like a RAID-5. For those of you who are not familiar with that, it is an information technology term, and it stands for Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks. There are several "levels" of RAID", each being a different way to achieve redundancy and thus prevent data loss. RAID-5 uses three or more disks, and uses a "parity bit" to allow for recovering damaged data through mathematics that can calculate what it was based on the parity.

These programs use multiple input streams, and they are designed so that if you cut them off in the middle, the rest of each statement can be subconsciously reconstructed based on past repetitions of the program. So there is no worry in cutting out in the middle of the program, unless you are not getting at least a few repetitions.

That said, it is still better to finish each loop, but if you can't, or it would make you late, etc. then there is nothing to worry about.

I love your RAID-5 explanation Shannon.

I've got one question about AM6 and instead of starting it in a new thread, I'll just add on to this one.

If I'm not mistaken, you're supposed to listen to all stages at for the same amount of time per day, correct? My question is, for the first stage, since it's garbage removal, wouldn't it be ok if you listened to it for say 18 hours per day, then stages 2-6 for 12 hours per day? If stage one is just removing stuff instead of implanting beliefs, it shouldn't throw you off balance if you listen to it more than the other stages.

P.S.-I thought of this because I just decided to to a second run of it a few days ago.

Why do you think Shannon wrote the Instructions? Just to have fun?
