Thor's Reboot with AMS 5.0 - thor2014 - 11-16-2014
I purchased AMS 5.0 a year ago and went through all 7 stages however I did not seem to gain anything from the subs. I requested a refund from support. However they refused on the grounds that I had not used the program correctly.
Spent some time tapping and doing CBT. Now I have decided to do a second run of AMS 5.0 listening to the audios 8 hours a day using the masked ocean sounds.
I have began stage 1 again listening to the audio 8 hours a day. Lets see if a second run fixes my issues.
Goals
1. Accept myself for who I am and develop a higher level of self esteem.
2. Not be pushed around by others as this has happened a lot in my life all my life I have nurtured the nice guy behaviour.
3. Have women in my life

Forgot to add I am already 15 days into AMS stage 1. Usual bullshit dreams one of a sales man knocking on my door. As I open the door the sales man walks into my home. I push him back to the entrance saying "excuse me this is my property how dare you enter without me giving me permission".
CAN ANYONE advise as to whether I can use AOS ? with AMS as I also want to attract women into my life ?

Welcome back. For my opinion you should just focus on AM to get best results. Check the manual what it says regarding a second sub.

AM 5.0 is a 5 Generation subliminal.
You cannot use a 5th Generation subliminal with any other product as 5G will max out your brain.
Use the app "frequensee" to check that your speakers are up to par and you are getting the proper frequency required for AM 5.0 to be effective.

Where did you get this information from ?
My understanding is that it is a 4g program type B. AOS is a type B which tells me its possible to use both at the same time. I want confirmation from Shannon or someone who knows what they are talking about.

AM 5.0 is 4G and that means it is possible to ADD only 1 4G Type B program, but why would you diverse your focus in using 2 programs which in fact you stated that AM 5.0 isn't contributing enough?

Your right will focus on AMS for the second run. If I dont get anything out of the program will mail Ben again. I dont know how Ben claims I have not used the program correctly. Is he spying on my everyday activities of what I get upto ?. Does he have CCTV monitoring in place to watch my every move ?.
Lets see how the second run goes. So far only those bullshit dreams that mean nothing.

Two weeks into stage I have this overwhelming urge to workout at the gym for hours on end. I do not recall getting this urge when I did the first run of AMS. Ended up masturbating to porn after a week as I was so horny. I really want to cut porn out of my weekly diet but the urge was so strong.
