Phones with Stereo Speakers - SuperCoolDude - 11-03-2014

I know once upon a time, mobile phones where not really good for listening to subliminal's because of the Mono speakers they had, but I came across the new HTC One (M8) and it has Stereo speakers on the front of it, which is awesome, but I am having a hard time finding out if it has a frequency response of 20-20k.

I want something portable I can use for listening to my ultra sonic, and my phone and plan is ready to be upgraded!

Any help appreciated!

Yes, you can play ultrasonic tracks off the HTC one m8, I have tested it personally. The only slight doubt I have is the stereo separation. I'm still trying to wrap my head around how important it actually is. From what I understand messages come out of each speaker simultaneously (one into the left ear and one into the right). I'm curious to know how well the subconscious mind can comprehend what's being said when the speakers are so close (or sleeping on one side where only one ear is receiving the audio) and how much it actually matters. If I was totally deaf in one ear could I still benefit from listening ? If the speakers are more or less touching each other, will I still get the benefits ?

It's better than pure mono but not the best thing. The ideal set up is headset because the stereo is perfect, the more you move away from this the less benefit you will have. For reference mono is 50%.

Okay, thanks guys, still not sure if it's worth it.

I use speakers at the moment, whilst I sleep, but not positioned each side of my head, speakers are just a few of feet a side from each other. I don't care about the stereo in each ear, that sounds like hassle.

It would be nice to have something easy I can just take with me, if I want to sleep in another room..etc.

I will think about it!

You increase the effectiveness of the sub by having it play simultaneously into each ear though. It might sound like "hassle" , but you'll be seeing better results.
