Yes. But only if you delete your own copy and never use it for yourself, unless you rebuy it.

Zeroxmachina is correct, but you should also make the person aware of their ownership and the anti-piracy measures meaning they cannot share it, etc.
Another way to go is to purchase a gift certificate from us, which you can do by e-mailing the back end.
