Bodybuilding or Exercise Subs - Guero - 08-09-2014
Has anyone gone through either the extreme bodybuilding or exercise motivation subs? I'm thinking of doing one or the other after I finish AM. Does extreme bodybuilding help with recovery and growth, or just make you want to go balls to the wall in the gym?
