This question is for Shannon, but again, if anyone has answers to this, please feel free to answer.

So, here's the question. I need to get a new diagnosis for my learning disability. I looked for different places, and a few recommendations came.
One of them has the testing called digital EEG. (and plus others)

I'm thinking that I may get it, as I have gotten some controversial results in the past that need to be clarified before applying/going into graduate school.

The question I have or something I wondered is that if the use of the sub will mess up the result of the testing.

If the sub interferes with the testing (which I believe is scanning the brainwave,) how long should I stop the sub, so that the test result would be accurate?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

I don't know how the technology works, but if it is an electroencephalogram standard, then all you have to do is leave the program unused for the day of the test. That's actually being a little more cautious than necessary, as far as I know.

Hi Shannon,

thanks for the input. Apparently, EEG seems to be exactly electroencephalogram.

I guess I won't be using the program for the day and the day before just in case.

Thanks,
SH.
