Refresher stage Maximum usage - Womanizer - 06-18-2014
Im curious about the refresher stage as I want maximum results without doing the program agaim so I can do others. My question is lets say im doing Woman magnet but I want to maximize the AM refresher stage can I do the refresher one day a week for either programs I complete and never have to do it again unless I feel the need to.

The Refresher stage is to both make the effects you gained last longer and to well refresh your mind with the programming. If you want maximum results then you should go though the entire program again for 6 months.
