Hi guys
Quick question...
I did Am6 until stage 4 , but 1 month ago for personal problem I had to stop..
What I should to do now, start again or what?

According to the AM6 instructions if you were less than 32 days without exposure you should restart the stage you listened to. If it's more than 32 days then you should restart the entire program.

Actually the last month I had only 7/8 days with 3/4 hours at day exposure (stage 5)...
I'm bit confuse if I should restart completely or not..

Started again stage 4 again... I left it just a couple day before finish it...but after 25 day off I prefer restart again stage 4 and move on to the other stages..
I'm determined to finish all the stages...
