I Can't redownload my download! - leeman - 12-20-2010
It has been a while, but I know the Aura of Sexiness I purchased is the same. My old comp. caught a virus AGAIN, and I lost all of my info. I emailed this website and did not get a reply. I don't know if you guys are ignoring that I want a re-download or what. But I would like to get my lost download back. Can anyone do something about this? Thank you in advance.

Sorry to hear about the virus. We always reply to every email and never ignore anyone. I apologize if we gave that impression, we can usually only get to e-mails in the later evening and sometimes miss a day.
