Can I use AM6 back to back? - Artemis - 05-26-2014
Can I use AM6 back to back? As in, at the conclusion of Stage 6 can I begin running Stage 1? Should I take a little break first, run Stage 7 for a bit, or can I jump straight in?

1 month pause between, you run stage 7 only if you got all the benefit from AM6 which usually mean at least 2 run before doing that.

I've never heard of not running stage 7 only after I've gotten all the benefits. That seems a bit counter intuitive, could you show me where that's been said?
Also would I have to take the month pause to run a program like Grow Taller?

You can but like for AfzalG with SM3 the refresher was too powerful for him even if he had great result with it SM3 . For grow taller I don't know I suppose it's the same a pause. There is a lot of thread about this already.

Thanks for the info maniac. I think I'll take a short break, maybe not an entire month though.

A one week break max if you wish, and then back into AM6, the FULL program, not the refresher is best. That will get you the best results. If you didn't get all the bulletpoints the first time around, it's better to not use the refresher and only deal with the full program itself.
Sorry it didn't get you sorted the first time around man. Stick with it! This program has made massive changes for me and I'm not even done. I love it.

One week minimum, not maximum. I'd say a month is ideal really.
