stage 4 days missing - aDelfino - 05-09-2014
I started 14 april stage 4..but I start sleep with a girl to her house from 16 april to 8 may..and I listen only 3/4 hours during the day.
What I have to do?
Please experienced guys give me an answer :-)

Talk to her about subs. Let her know you use them. I've had the same problem with my boyfriend but I had enough confidence (thanks to AM) to tell him I was doing subs. He did not find it weird. It now became a joke between us. He may also start using them in the future !! So be confident. People find it weird at first but when you explain to them what it does, three things happen: Fascination, Skepticism or Disinterest. But you'll never get rejected because you tell a girl you use subs.

how much time do you listen the sub usually?
I would count the total hour you listen per month usually and compare that number with this month.
And then if it's possible to add days to the end of the month to get those missing hours.
You should ask Shannon for this because I'm not sure it's possible because of the 1.5 rules.

"Generally, if you have missed up to 7 days, tack on 1.5 days to the end of the month for each day you missed. 7-20 days, restart the whole stage. 21+ days in a stage, restart the whole set."

I didn't miss completely but during 30 days
8 I did correctly 9/10 hours at day
22 days only 3/4 hours during the day.
I thin I'm going to use the 1.5 rule..but I don't know if is correct..

Just tell her it helps you sleep at night. All that plays is trickling water or the ocean anyway. It's not like she can hear the subliminal part haha
