Subs and meditation retreats - Darwinn - 04-27-2014
My experience of meditation and retreats is that you work on removing a lot of conditioning through awareness of the body - thinking types of meditation like vipassana.
Is there any risk that doing this sort of meditation might undo the work of the subs?
