Question about data throughput - TheGreatAttractor - 04-26-2014 My question concerns the data throughput per unit of time. For example, let’s assume someone is listening to a 1g sub in real-time speed and hears: “I am now genuinely happy and joyful.” The data throughput is this case would be around 3-4 words per second (wps). Suppose we fast forwarded the track by 3x, then it would be 9-12 wps. Now, assuming we fast forwarded the track and inputted in each audio channel a different sentence, the throughput would be 18-24 wps. My question is: what is the estimated wps for 3g, 4g and 5g tracks? RE: Question about data throughput - JackOfHearts - 04-26-2014 AM6 is around 102000 word in 80 min so you just have to calculate how much is it: 102000/80 = 1275/min. then 1275/60 = 21.5/sec. |
