K-Train mentioned this sub in 2012 and unfortunately it was never made. However, I am putting in this request because I believe a program like this one would benefit many users.
This is a program designed to make the digestive system work at maximum efficiency and speed and will remove discomfort.

If you want to improve your digestion efficiency, then chew your food for longer before you swallow. This puts more saliva (containing food enzymes) into your stomach to soak/soften the food for 40 minutes, before the hydro-chloric acid starts pouring into your stomach to do the main digestion process.
If you don't have enough food enzymes in your stomach for the pre-soak, then you can end up with tiny particles of undigested food, which can get into the bloodstream and cause a food alllergy reaction.
It was rare for food allergies 100 years ago, but modern processed food doesn't need much biting before swallowing, and so insufficent food enzymes and saliva are made available to pre-soak the food.

I wasn't talking about just enzymes. This program would help emotional issues causing the problems as well as aiding peristalsis and just basically helping some one who can't deal with it on their own. Your answer will help, but will only fix a small part of the digestive system. It's actually not aiding digestion alone. It can aid other functions, such as elimination, as well. Could it help to digest heavy stuff? Wasn't there a guy who devoured aircrafts and nails etc?
