Binaural Beats for Masking - Guero - 02-02-2014
Has anyone considered using a Binaural beat that would change the brain's frequency to either a meditative or deep sleep state? It seems like that would help every product to be more effective than just the sound of trickling water
And if you don't wanna make that mask available, would it still work the same if I got my favorite Binaural beat and combined the ultrasonic subs with it?

Life Tune-Up 2.0 (the previous version) used them as well but since then Shannon has deemed it to be unnecessary and decided to go with a normal mask for 3.0.

I just used Audacity to add an ultrasonic sub to my favorite binaural beat for meditation. Will it still work as well? I know it'll put me in a much deeper state of meditation, then sleep

You always run the risk of losing the subliminal message when you tamper with the file. Personally, I wouldn't do that if I were you.

Rule #1. NEVER EVER change a subliminal audio file. You do not know what it takes to put the subliminal data in, or keep it there when you save the result. The result is that you are very likely to damage or even entirely remove it - and have little to no hope of ever knowing that. Not even I can know for sure if subliminal data has been damaged or removed once you alter a file beyond what I have done to create it.
And I have said this before... subliminals do not need binaural audio to make them more effective. Binaural audio is aimed at making the conscious mind relax (think of it as a gatekeeper) so that the subconscious mind accepts input more readily. This is ONLY useful if the conscious mind must be dealt with! Subliminals bypass it completely. It's about like worrying how to open the gate to your garden wider so it's easier to get in, when you can fly...
In other words, it is entirely unnecessary and makes NO DIFFERENCE for properly created subliminals. All you can do is risk damaging, degrading or removing the subliminal audio.
I know what I'm doing, guys... there are very good reasons why everything is the way it is.

It has nothing to do with trying to make the subliminal messages better... I'd just prefer my own beats to the sound of trickling water because they help with meditation and sleep. But yea, I tried adding the ultrasonic to my favorite binaural beat and it sounded terrible so I've been using the subs as they came
