Hi
question about age :-)
I'm 44 ... and I started AM 6 22 days ago.
I'm just wondering if being at this age the subliminal works, or maybe I'm too old :-(
By the way... what is the alternative ...giving up ? noooo :-)
Anyone similar age with great results with AM ?
Last year I had great result but I stopped before finish and all the work vanished terribly...so this time I'm determinated to apply as much as I can.
I feel the difference from AM5 to AM6... I feel it more powerful, I remember last year with AM5 stage 1 some day more state of depression, but this time 10 time less. Also I noticed that when I listen during the day, is little bit more difficult concentrating on my job.
Also during the listening all bad thought disappear or they become more positives.
Is only me or you too have same feeling ?

probably because takes so long and the people want see result more fast.. especially when you getting older :-)

I think it comes from a severe lack of discipline that many of our generation face. Perhaps it came from using the TV converter a lot as a kid. Taking a step back, it may be that many people are not even spiritually and emotionally ready to take on the work of AM and the other 6 stage programs.
I am currently on my third 6 stage program and I have nothing but fantastic things to say about them. That isn't to say that I'm not tempted quit from time-to-time. Rather, I focus on the substantive changes in my behavior as I move from stage to stage, than on the day-to-day feelings with which the programs force me to feel. Dealing with tough emotions is a sign of maturity and resiliency. Sadly, these qualities appear to be lacking in many.
Oh and by the way, I'm 46.

I'm 38 and a week in to AM6. The main change for me so far is the complete lack of desire to look at porn (and related behaviour...) which used to be a daily activity for me. This is how I know that something is working. I am absolutely delighted with it! Even if that's the only thing it changes over the six months it will have been worth the money for me
As I understand it, the first stage is really just a levelling stage to ensure that the groundwork is in place before moving on to the more intense stuff.

I am 47 years old this year before stage 1 of AMS 5.0 I use to masturbate to porn 3 times a week but now I have gone off it completely. I am starting stage 2 tonight looking foreward to it.
