Because he didn't follow directions and do AM before SM, and SM is designed specifically for use AFTER AM. That's how.

Yeah I got too eager about SM.
Dream last night. On bus in an eastern European country with my brother on a trip. The guy next to us started talking to us about the local stuff and turned out to be the head of the local telekom. He wrote us a welcome letter to show people to get access. So attention from an uber-Alpha and nice guy.
