ASC & BIATBW - exampLe - 01-11-2014
Hi.
I used ASC 5G for 32 days. Then I started using BIATBW 8.0 and I used it for 3 days. Suddenly, I changed my mind and I started using ASC again for some short time (maybe day or two).
Now, I feel that ASC had done his work so I want to turn on BIATBW again.
I know that is maybe little bit confusing so I will put it this way so you can see how I used these programs to make it clear:
ASC 5G: 1st December - 2nd January (32 days complete 4h per day)
BIATBW: 3rd January - 6th January
ASC 5G (again): 8th January - 10th January
So, did I maded a mistake and can I start using BIATBW right now or I must wait for some time?

You will be fine if you start BIATBW again. It's highly recommended to use each single stage program for at least 90 days to receive worthwhile benefits.
