Hi guys,
I have been on and off with ASC for a while. Somedays, I tend to do it for more than 12+ hours, somedays not at all. But I am more determined to listen to it everyday.
However, whenever I play the ASC Ultrasonic silent version at night while I am sleeping, I wake up in the middle of my sleep. I dont know if this is normal. Right now its 3:00am here. I went to bed at 10:30pm last night and i woke up at 2:00am. Its been one hour, I am just tossing and turning in my bed.
I am so frustrated, I felt like just getting my laptop (which had this silent subliminal running) and writing a post.
Has this happened with any1 before? Is this normal with ASC?

it just means ur body is not use to it , and its fighting it .
i remember i had that too when i first started the sub .
also had similar effects when i start another new sub on stage 1.
i would wake up multiple times but falling right back to sleep ,because that is just me.. i fall back to sleep real quick .
and i would have multiple dreams each time i fall back to sleep .
anyways dont worry just keep listening to it

I'd also wake up sometimes when using a subliminal at night. Now I use it during the day.

Try to mix it up its better.
Quality time for the sub is when you are asleep .
so i suggest if u only have 8 hours a day on the sub and you do not like to listen to it at night
use like 4h-6h day time , and 2h+ night time.

just do 16... is more then enough
