Why is it recommended to take a week off when switching subs when multi stage subs can start right the next day. When the content of multi stage subs is also different. Like each stage has different content.

It's not resting, primarily, it's allowing the mind to catch up with processing and developing the program results before you give it more tasks. If it was just rest, you'd only need 1-3 days.

Hm. I think for me it'll be easier just to take a month off at the beginning of the year then before starting whatever I use next. Really considering something to do with my financial problems. Which means buying a program I do not have. Not sure whether I want to go with a finding a job one or with a business/sales success one.
