Sleep - craazyman - 10-15-2013 Do any of you guys have trouble sleeping while using any of the subs? I am in the middle of the weight loss sub and it seems that no matter what headphones I use -- regular ones, earbuds, and even tried those new "sleepphones", it causes me to wakeup at least once during the night. Typically around 5-7am which is way before my 10am alarm. Then, I cannot go back to sleep with it on, the only way to sleep is to take off the headphones and continue. Anyone else have these issues and have any suggestions on how to fix? I am trying to rule out if it is just the headphones (and switch to speakers), the weight loss sub overall, or maybe from taking melatonin. I am going to try different combinations the next two weeks to try to sort this out. RE: Sleep - Shannon - 10-15-2013 That sounds like a form of resistance. If you haven't tried using speakers while you sleep with this version, try that. RE: Sleep - craazyman - 10-15-2013 (10-15-2013, 06:37 PM)Shannon Wrote: That sounds like a form of resistance. If you haven't tried using speakers while you sleep with this version, try that. I do not believe that is the case in any way. This occurs across all subs I have used, and even the sleep tracks. My guess is this is a function of the headphones bothering me. Likely I am either not used to them, or my body isn't able to move around the way it wants or something. I was just reaching out to others to see what they thought. I was planning to try speakers tonight -- just did not want to lower effectiveness if at all possible. RE: Sleep - Shannon - 10-18-2013 You have to give me enough information to assess the situation properly. Knowing that "This occurs across all subs I have used, and even the sleep tracks." would have led me to a similar conclusion. RE: Sleep - craazyman - 10-18-2013 So here is the final update.... it is headphones. Regardless of whether I use sleepphones or regular headphones I wake up numerous times during the night. When I switched back to speakers, everything was fine! RE: Sleep - Shannon - 10-19-2013 Excellent. Glad you found a solution. The way the program is designed, I was going to be very surprised if it was resistance. |
