What stage does the manifestation part kick in?

I would say the 3rd stage.
That's where the core of the programming really starts to work.
4th stage continues that focus on programming.
5th stage "polishes" the previous stages.
And 6th is the "finalizer", and makes everything as permanent as possible.

No. Too young. You should not be using it under the age of 18. It's designed for use by adults, and it will probably cause problems for minors. Don't use it until you're 18.
AM6 is going to specifically only work for 18+.
You should use either Life Tune-Up or ASC instead.
