Hey Shannon, I told my friend about Indigo Mind labs/subs and he was wondering if you could consider building a sub that puts you in a state of excellent Mind/Speech flow for freestyle rap. I asked him what he'd want it to be like and he said;
-Puts you into a state of flow where words and rhymes effortlessly pop into your conscious mind.
-Motivates you on learning vocabulary to expand your knowledge of words
-Confidence in expressing yourself clearly and honestly
-Develops your sense of rhythm, allows you to "feel" the beat.
-Increases creativity and expands your awareness.
-Uber sharp focus in the present moment, not being distracted by stuff around you or the voice in your head.
-Speeds up your ability to make connections with the lyrics that you just said
-Breath control for long raps (stamina)
-Allows both hemispheres of the brain to work together in balanced synchronization.
Please get back to me on this and whether it's possible to build or not, My friend is a devoted rapper and wants to improve his game.
