Hi there,
A very brief outline of my history is that I'm 37 and in a wheelchair. I overdosed on heroin in 1996 and had many health complications. I slowly declined over the next 13 years, to the point of dying (really).
In mid 2009, I "woke up" to the fact that my life was worth more than alcohol/drug abuse and a slow descent into oblivion so I set about sorting my life out.
It strikes me that I was undergoing a Kundalini Awakening - or spiritual awakening.
It strikes me even more that Kundalini rising is very similar to alpha male programming, especially the emotional clearing --> <Edit - Link removed>.

Welcome to the forum
I've done yoga a few years myself. Didn't do much Kundalini but very much enjoy all types of mind-body strengthening as well as meditation.
