Im on day 12 and I have become more social. I acclimated at day 10,I no longer feeling tired after 1 hour of listening. My sense of humor has somewhat increased. There is an urge to go out and socialize. At work, I find it more satisfying to talk with other people and just have a good conversation. AM5 has changed me already, nice results so far.
