About Starting WM 2.0 - dE3k - 04-19-2013 Hey Shannon I'm currently a few days into Stage 5 of AM5 + OGSF and I was wondering if I can jump into WM as soon as stage 6 is over, or do I need to take a break and for how long? RE: About Starting WM 2.0 - Sean - 04-19-2013 I know you're asking Shannon, and I'm going to chime in with a few observations: 1. Everyone has found that a few weeks after finishing AM5, they have discovered very nice after-effects. These seem to be some sort of "settling in" effect. 2. Take a break: you've spent about six months putting your brain through a hugely-transformative process. My recommendation: take at least 14 days off. RE: About Starting WM 2.0 - dE3k - 04-19-2013 Thanks I appreciate you helping me. RE: About Starting WM 2.0 - Shannon - 04-19-2013 I agree. 15 to 30 days is usually helpful before starting something new, after doing AM. RE: About Starting WM 2.0 - dE3k - 04-19-2013 thanks RE: About Starting WM 2.0 - Sean - 04-19-2013 You're welcome, man! RE: About Starting WM 2.0 - About - 04-19-2013 I saw this thread and wondered how you knew I started WM2.0 Then i realized that you were just talking about WM2.0 and not me. |
