Using affirmations question - Matty - 06-08-2010

Hi,

What rules/guidelines would you suggest if I wanted to use normal written/spoken affirmations alongside your subliminals? I am doing Cory Skyy's MM programme and don't want the 2 to clash

Thanks

The subconscious is absolutely literal, so whatever the absolute literal interpretation is, is what you'll get. Just make sure your script is worded in such a way that it can not possibly be taken in any way other than what you intend for it to mean, and you should be okay.

For instance, "I am cool and calm" could end up being interpreted by the subconscious as "I am always feeling chilly, but I am calm about it." In which case you'd end up shivering a lot... if your subconscious interpreted it as being aloof (emotionally 'cool') you might disconnect emotionally. And then there's also the meaning that means popular... avoid words and grammar like that.
