Hi
I had to interrupt AM5 for 3 days... nice weekend with my new girl friend :-)
I'm now in stage 5 of AM5. What's happen now? lost effect or what? I have to add 3 days more to make up ?
What if happen again ? :-)

Add 1.5 days for each day missed. So in your case, add 4.5 days to your AM5 listening schedule.
Try not to let it happen again!

It's an easy situation to handle: "Hey, I like to listen to the sound of a trickling stream to help me sleep. I hope it won't bother you."
Then just start playing it.

Or just be honest. then again.. it took me awhile before I was honest about why I listened to a trickling stream track while I slept.

You can also use the ultrasonic track at a medium volume. It's unlikely to be noticed, and you don't break your regimen.
