AM stage 2 question for Shannon - sunflower - 01-05-2013
Hello Shannon,
I did the 32 days faithful listening of stage I of Alpha Male with promising results.
After starting stage II, and using it for 4-5 days, i fell struck by cold and cough, so have taken a sabbatical of few days from listening to the sub.
My questions to you are :
1) Do you believe Subliminals may interfere with body's defence mechanisms to fight infections?....after all, a good night's rest goes a long way in healing the body
2) My break from the sub stage II is now almost 7 days. Would I need to go back to stage I or continue with stage II and just restart my 32 days deal with it?

Unless it is specifically designed to do so, or grossly mis-scripted, a subliminal cannot possibly interfere with body's defence mechanisms to fight infections. My build creed is Safe, Useful, Effective. No subliminal of mine will ever go out the door that could do that.
Continue Stage 2, but add 1.5x the number of days you missed to the end.
I believe this is in the instructions.
