Just want to ask what are the benefits/gains of using BWE?

That depends on which frequencies or frequency combinations you use, how you use them, and how much time you use them for. In general, presuming you're using them in a safe and reasonable manner, the gains include trained persistent hemispheric processing synchronization of the brain, which over time causes the brain as a whole to work much better. This has been shown to improve the balance between the usage of the hemispheres, and the balance in thinking capacity between emotions and logic, resulting in an overall better cognitive result. Some believe it increases intelligence.
Other effects will depend on what specific frequencies or combinations of frequencies you use.
