Using EFT( tapping) on your subs script - walker7 - 12-03-2012
Hi, I was just wondering if you could use E.F.T (emotional freedom technique or tapping) while using the script of your chosen sub as an affirmation while you tap.I have always enjoyed using eft in the past with good results while also feeling a certain comfort from the actually tapping.Do you think this would benefit the sub in any way...
(I am using OF at the moment ) or would it be a problem.

If you use two methods to achieve one goal, how do you know what did what? As long as the sub script does not conflict with the EFT there should be no problem. But I recommend that even if they do not (and that may not always be obvious, concerning the six stage sets), I suggest you use each one separately until you clearly know what each is doing by itself.
