Personality disorders and what subs to use - Subeternal - 10-14-2012

I've been afflicted with personality disorder issues for a long time. I know its not absolutely okay to diagnose yourself with anything regarding illness whether physical or mental, you should see a health professional to get a better read on things typically. With that said I realize now when and if I get out of my situation that I have to focus on getting better.

Being an advocate of the AM/AF sets in particular I'm wondering something myself. I consider these foundations to becoming a greater/better human beings but what if the basics of your own psychology are pretty out of whack to begin with? AM helped me a lot in the time I used it although thinking back on it I feel like I wasn't actually ready for it.

In particular I suffer from things like "Splitting" when it comes to people I know. Impulsivity/ lack of self control. Warped sense of self in many aspects.

Someone could probably bring more concrete thoughts to the table concerning this. I'm currently of the thinking that a person with a personality disorder should get 2 single stage titles cemented at 90 days or more of usage as a foundation before heading into one of the sets. Either that or focus on particular titles for the first 1-3 years of sub usage before using the sets every year. I know theres many ways to use subs so I'm not trying to tell people how to use them although I feel that the faster you recover from the traits that hold you back the easier the rest of it will be.

Heres a list of the common ones I think are more or less good start

Extreme Self Esteem
Be Unaffected by Rejection
Anger Management
Zen Attitude
Remove Negativity Within
Love and Appreciate Yourself
Overcome The Victim Mentality

After which I think Life Tune Up purely from its description is a great comprehensive even though atm it isnt as powerful as its brother and sister
