Basically a program that deals with stuttering and helps a person get through it.

This is kind of a great idea.
I do think some stuttering is link too having poor confidence and self-esteem too. So it might be a good idea for an Absolute Self Confidence sub + Self Esteem that can specifically solve a person's stuttering.

I think it could be a valuable program because my stuttering comes and goes but it comes about at the wrong times resulting in an awkward situation to say the least.

I always take Magnesium whenever I find myself stuttering. I'm not sure why it works on stuttering though.

I had a program in 1st Gen and 2nd Gen for stuttering. It was positively magical in how effective it was. I don't know where the script went though, so I'll have to re-do the research when I get to this request.
