Kill shame!

RE: Journey to social greatness - Magnus - 08-05-2013

@K-Train I wouldn't say it was to good because it never can be Wink but my goals have changed a little. I found that most of the girls were just interested in one night stands or hookups, I'm trying to move on from that into something with a little more substance. As for tips just the usual really, I found headphones helped a lot as did really getting out into the world and socialising as much as possible. The one other thing was just not really concentrating on the sub at all I find makes a big difference and was something I wasn't able to do with my first run of AM. Rating wise I would give natural seduction a solid 9 I found it amplified the effects of WM and pushed it to a whole new level. The only reason I didn't give it a 10 was that while I found the girls to be of a better quality than I had during AM and WM they still weren't quite there but that's most likely due to the fact I would need to run through AM and WM a few more times.

@Spiral Thanks man. I know what you mean about it being tough to quit, I've found its bringing up all sorts of old feelings and memories as well as the fact I feel irritable and on edge at times. I'm now starting to replace this with healthier habits and it is getting easier everyday. I've found the most important thing is not to worry about it to much rather focus on these new habits than beating myself up about the fact that I used to use porn every day.

@Shannon agree, I was away in the weekend with a group of guys that I trust and while away I admitted to them that I used porn a lot just seeing that I was able to be accepted even after that helped me to reduce any shame I previously felt around porn. After that nearly every guy admitted to the amount they used porn and I begun to realize just how normal it was.

You know that NSFM doesn't control the type of woman you attract or choose to interact with, right?

RE: Journey to social greatness - K-Train - 08-05-2013

I'm curious Shannon, about the effect NSFM has after completing these attraction subliminals. I ran AOS 4G for about 3 months (stopped around May) but I noticed that when I use NSFM and walk around campus the next day or so I get those same type of looks I used to sometimes get when running AOS. Now according to Jim here, the results he's getting now from NSFM are superior to the results he got while running WM2.0, this must have to do with NSFM's intended effects of putting a person in their optimal mindframe for seduction. So maybe NSFM is just taking Jim's new programming courtesy of WM2.0 and "maxing it out". Maybe that's why Jim feels like he's attracting higher quality women...If that's the case then NSFM would be more useful to a person after running AM/SM or WM or after running ASC/AOS/BIABW.

@ Jimbobday: Muchas gracias, Jim, I appreciate the advice. I'll make sure to get most (if not all) future usage of NSFM on headphones.

So what's your question?

Oh hell, I forgot to ask the question Shannon sorry. I was going to ask that since NSFM is supposed to be your "A-Game" then wouldn't it be possible for it to amplify the effects of prior (or even current) subliminal programming? Specifically programming intended to improve one's success around women
? Kinda like how Ultra-Success tends to improve other subs.

Absolutely. You raise the bar, and you will have a higher bar to which your A-game reaches when you use NSFM.

RE: Journey to social greatness - K-Train - 08-06-2013

Great to hear Shannon! Are you planning on incorporating NSFM into other programs or just keeping it as a sort of "spit shine" subliminal that polishes and amplifies?

EDIT: Sorry if I'm hijacking your thread Jim. Let me know if you'd like me to move this convo to my journal.

RE: Journey to social greatness - Shannon - 08-06-2013

For the time being, it's just going to remain what it is.

RE: Journey to social greatness - SuperYuri - 08-06-2013

No,b2 is the subliminal drug.NSFM is suppose to put you in the best state to seduce women. Thus it according to my understanding amplify the effects
of previous subs.

However if b2 amplify other subliminals for you please let us know.

RE: Journey to social greatness - Shannon - 08-07-2013

Yuri, that you would ask such a question makes me seriously question whether you actually read the instructions. But no, it will not amplify other programs. It has an internal amplifier for its own effects.

RE: Journey to social greatness - Magnus - 08-20-2013

Guys could I ask that if there is going to be lengthy discussions around topics not related to my journal that they be moved into their own thread, would like to keep the journal to being my journal.

So I've been getting an itch lately. An itch to run AM again but I really want to run OGFS first. I've noticed that while I still have some of the effects from AM (respect for my body, being more independant, motivation at work etc) but some have faded (Assertiveness, neediness etc). I've learnt that a lot of what holds me in place and did hold me in place during AM was my fear and shame, I'm also a lot more emotionally healthy than I was when I started my first AM run, I was in a very bad place.

I remember Shannon mentioning a while back that he was investigating an upgrade to OGFS, any ideas where that got to?

I'm quite happy running Depression Relief aid for a while longer and have noticed I haven't had a depressed day in almost a week now.

RE: Journey to social greatness - Fonzy3 - 08-20-2013

I agree, think you should push the emotional health a little more with OGFS then use AM. If you haven't used OGFS yet.

Congrats on your success with Depression Relief aid that's an indicator of your positivity within.

Thanks
